The L.L. Bean got up to almost 80 degrees today. It was a gorgeous day. My kind of weather. SPRING! When the temperatures are just right. The sky if so blue you can hardly stand to look at it. Wispy big fat white clouds slowly floating across the sky as if they have somewhere to go but are in no hurry to get there. One of those days when I really wish I lived somewhere like New Mexico where they have those big hotair ballon shows. Rainbows of color. The birds and frogs are really getting ready for Spring too. I drove up highway 25 today just north of Amory, Ms ( making a delivery for work ) and as I was coming back through I saw a sign proclaiming the town as an official bird sactuary. It wasn't long before I found out why. I passed a rather heavily overgrown wooded area. It had lots of undergrowth, bushes and small trees, along with the mature trees. I had the truck windows down and suddenly it was as if someone had turned on P.A. system. My truck was filled with the sound of birds singing and chirping and anouncing the arrival of spring. Then it was gone as quickly as it came. It brightened my day. I hope your day was a nice as mine. Happy Hump Day!
